Residents of Woodcrest choose this area for its rural lifestyle, tranquility and downright hospitality.
Amid rolling hills, between the cities of Riverside and Moreno Valley, you’ll find miles of open space and lonely roads. Many residents keep horses and other livestock, with larger lots to accommodate them. Recently, the vast open lands have given way to developers, with large housing complexes, commercial structures and educational facilities springing up across the area. The region boasts a diversity in economics and demographics.
Woodcrest real estate is primarily made up of medium-sized (three- or four-bedroom) to large (four, five or more bedrooms) single-family homes and small apartment buildings. Most of the residential real estate is owner-occupied. Many of the residences in the Woodcrest neighborhood are established but not old, having been built between 1970 and 1999. A number of residences were also built between 1940 and 1969.
