It is my pleasure to review Brian Bean and compliment the wonderful recent transaction we had with him. This was our first home sale and our second home purchase. We always felt important as clients and that we could contact Brian regarding all questions at almost any time. At no time did we feel unprepared or naive as Brian had prepared us for many possibilities. Third, Brian’s intuition, experience, thoughtfulness and skill were all apparent with evaluating our property, pricing it accurately and knowing the current real estate microclimate. Brian seems to be especially attentive to the current status of the market and implements that knowledge into all aspects of his work and preparation for us, as clients. Fourth, Brian was readily available with showing us potential properties. We never had a problem seeing a potential property and many times we were able to view one with minimal notice. He also was able to envision what property would be functional for our family (down to a specific development and model). When something came on the market that fit this idea, Brian was even more efficient at arranging a viewing and having an offer ready to go. I am convinced that we would not have ended up buying the house we did without Brian’s diligence, skill and experience. In summary, Brian is not just a good agent, but an outstanding agent to work with and have a great transaction. Brian and team will not rest until you have met your real estate goals and given you an extraordinary real estate experience.
